New Chef Cooks Up A Treat!
Welcome to Bob Miller, the new edition to our team at The Milton.  Bob comes to us from No1 Bar Brasserie in Aberdeen, where he was Head Chef for two and a half years.  Previous to that, Bob was Sous Chef at Albyn and has worked at Cafe 52 with our Executive Chef, David Littlewood.  Self taught, with fourteen years of experience, Bob says of his new position at the Milton, "this is a great opportunity to work at a successful, well established restaurant...to enhance my skills further and work with excellent chefs".
