We have been running the Milton for five years now and we like to think we
are doing a good job but we still wonder if we are getting it right! Now we
would like to know what you, our customers, think!

Our online Customer Feedback Survey is available on our website and we would 
really appreciate your feedback!  All participants will be entered in to a monthly
prize draw to win a Meal for Two!  Go on, it won't take a minute!

       Grampian Chef of the Year

         The Milton Restaurant was a proud double 
        winner earlier this 
month when Head Chef
        Bob Miller won the prestigious Grampian
        Seafood Chef of the Year Award and
        Chef de Partie Alex Hay came 3rd in the
        Chef of the Year Award. 

        David Littlewood, Executive Chef, is very proud
        of Bob and Alex's achievements stating they had
        both worked very hard and spent lots of time 
        practising and perfecting their recipes. 
        Well Done Bob and Alex!

          New Lighter Lunch Menu

                We are introducing a new lighter 
            lunch menu for Monday and Tuesdays. 
            After closely looking at our customers
            preferences, we have noticed an
            increasing demand for lighter lunches 
            earlier in the week and so we hope our
            new menu will satisfy these needs.   

            Please visit us on a Monday or Tuesday 
            lunchtime and let us know what
            you think
