Wark Farm

Wark Farm, run by Dugie and Jenny Foreman, produces traditional breed meats and charcuterie in the low hills around Alford in Aberdeenshire.  They are on a quest to produce fantastic meats and products that are worthy for the plate and do justice to the animals and environment that created them.  We at the Milton are proud to work with them and promote their products in our Ham and Duck dishes.
